how much is delivery? 🚚
Delivery starts from $15 per location. Complimentary delivery for orders above $150.
A $5 surcharge applies for selected areas such as Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, Sentosa and Jurong Island.

Are you halal certified?
We are not MUIS halal-certified, but we are Muslim-owned and use halal-certified ingredients in our bakes.
Yes, we do! Lead time at least 2 weeks. Our treats are baked prior to delivery date, ensuring that your order is of the highest quality. We also offer customised branding options and take special requests for off-menu bakes. Please do send your enquiries via WhatsApp or instagram.

We accept PayNow and bank transfers. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been made.
As all items are freshly prepared, unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours of our confirmation email/message. We hope to seek your understanding on this.
Terms & Conditions
A Little Note Before You Order 🤍
Every bake is freshly prepared specially for your order, so we kindly ask customers to read through our terms before confirming their purchase. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you shall be responsible for the accuracy of the orders given.
Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed. No refunds will be made for orders placed for the wrong deliver date, incorrect items ordered or wrong address given. Any refund, if required, will be made in the form of online credit/ pay now. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice and at our sole discretion. All orders are confirmed upon successful payments.
Changes OR Amendments
Change of delivery date or address has to be made a day before prior to through our Whatsapp +65 81277262.
Change of delivery timing has to be made a day before prior to the delivery date and the customer's request of the delivery timing has to fall within our delivery window. If the food preparation has started, you will be charged the full price for the product and if the driver has been despatched you will also be charged for delivery.
All amendments made are subject to availability of the items available. Nibble n Pop reserves the right to reject any request given.
Allergen Notice ⚠️
Our kitchen handles ingredients such as nuts, dairy, eggs and gluten. While we do our best, traces of allergens may still be present in our products.
If you have specific dietary concerns, do check with us before placing your order.
Customised Orders
Colours, designs and decorations for customised bakes may vary slightly as every item is handmade. We’ll always do our best to match your requested theme closely ✨
Delivery
Please ensure that there is someone home during the delivery slot, and that all delivery details are complete. In the event that our courier is unable to complete the delivery (Eg. There is no one to receive it or due to incomplete address/details, etc), redelivery charges will apply subjected to availability. Otherwise your items will be forfeited if they are no longer fit for consumption. We hope to seek your understanding on this matter.
Self Collection
Self collection details will be shared upon order confirmation via WhatsApp.
Kindly arrive within your selected collection time window and be punctual, as we may not always be available outside the arranged timing. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time 🤍
Do you provide dessert table setups? 🎂
At the moment, we only provide desserts and favours — dessert table styling/setup services are not available yet.
However, our bakes come beautifully packed and event-ready ✨
How early should i place my order? ⏰
For customised and event orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your slot.
Last-minute availability depends on our schedule.
