how much is delivery?

It's $15 per location. Complimentary for orders above $150. If you require a specific delivery timing, please do leave it in the comment section.

Deliveries to the following areas will incur a surcharge: Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, Sentosa, Jurong Island $5

Are you halal certified?

No, we are not halal certified but we are halal friendly! We’re a muslim owned business and uses ingredients that are halal certified.

Yes, we do! Lead time at least 2 weeks. Our treats are baked prior to delivery date, ensuring that your order is of the highest quality. We also offer customised branding options and take special requests for off-menu bakes. Please do send your enquiries via WhatsApp or instagram.

We accept payment via PayNow and bank transfer. Do note that your order is not confirmed until the payment has been made. If payment is not received within 24 hours of our confirmation email/message, your order will be cancelled. We hope to seek your understanding on this.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you shall be responsible for the accuracy of the orders given.

• Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed. No refunds will be made for orders placed for the wrong deliver date, incorrect items ordered or wrong address given. Any refund, if required, will be made in the form of online credit/ pay now. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice and at our sole discretion. All orders are confirmed upon successful payments.

• Changes OR Amendments

Change of delivery date or address has to be made a day before prior to through our Whatsapp +65 81277262.

Change of delivery timing has to be made a day before prior to the delivery date and the customer's request of the delivery timing has to fall within our delivery window. If the food preparation has started, you will be charged the full price for the product and if the driver has been despatched you will also be charged for delivery.

All amendments made are subject to availability of the items available. Nibble n Pop reserves the right to reject any request given.

• Delivery

Please ensure that there is someone home during the delivery slot, and that all delivery details are complete. In the event that our courier is unable to complete the delivery (Eg. There is no one to receive it or due to incomplete address/details, etc), redelivery charges will apply subjected to availability. Otherwise your items will be forfeited if they are no longer fit for consumption. We hope to seek your understanding on this matter.

• Self Collection

Self collection address will be given upon order confirmation via Whatsapp.

• Allergens/ Dietary Restrictions

  Some of our products contain traces of nuts, gluten, dairy and other allergens, even if the description does not specify them as an ingredient, our kitchen processes these materials for certain goods.

  We are not a MUIS certified halal manufacturer. However, we are Muslim-owned and all the ingredients used are halal certified.
